The Preparation: Guacamole
This weekend Liz and Clay are hosting a BBQ with a competitive "Guacomolada" (Catalan for Guacamole Festival). Despite a history of poor judgement expressed by voters, Liz expects her perfect guacamole to reign supreme this year. Guacamole with a gold medal will taste even better when consumed in the homes of friends and families throughout the US during the August trip.

ok, so I didn´t win the guacamole competition again, but I lost to a Mexican, so I don´t feel so bad about it.
